INKO Creative may be based in Jacksonville, but the businesses we support are rarely confined to one city, one market, or even one state. Some are local companies serving customers close to home. Others operate from multiple Florida locations, work throughout the Southeast, or reach customers nationwide.
That broader footprint has shaped the way we approach branding, website design, graphic design, marketing, and ongoing creative support. A restaurant group such as V Pizza’s Sidecar, with multiple locations in Jacksonville and Gainesville, has different needs than specialty medical practices such as Winter Park Hernia Center or Ocular Prosthetics, both of which serve patients across several Central Florida markets. Additionally, a statewide technology company such as HiTech Florida needs a brand that can remain consistent as it continues to grow across multiple regions of Florida and Georgia. And a South Florida commercial, automotive, and retail project development company such as Cela4 may be based in one part of the state while working with some of the largest automotive sales centers throughout the Southeastern U.S.
Yes, Jacksonville is our home, and many of our client relationships have grown from the communities surrounding us. We are fortunate that our work has connected INKO with businesses throughout Northeast Florida, Central Florida, South Florida, the Panhandle, and communities across the state.
For example, INKO has worked with both Refinery and Grouper Shack in Jacksonville Beach to develop creative materials, signage, and menu boards designed to support each restaurant’s distinctive brand in a busy coastal market. We love seeing their brand presence throughout our community and the positive experiences customers share on social media, often alongside our logo, menu, and signage work.
Just a short drive south on A1A (aka the Jimmy Buffett Memorial Highway), customers can see INKO’s work with Boathouse at locations in Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Augustine, and farther west in St. Johns County. Maintaining a consistent brand across multiple restaurants requires more than repeating the same design. Each piece must remain recognizable while accommodating different signage requirements, menu offerings, audiences, and the unique needs of each location.
The St. Augustine area has also connected us with Outback Crab Shack, Julington Creek Pest Control, and other clients over our 15 years in business. Visiting clients at their business locations is not only beneficial when developing appropriate exterior and interior signage, but also provides valuable insight into the entire customer experience. Similarly, our proximity to Fish House & Oyster Company locations in Orange Park and New Berlin allowed INKO to draw from each restaurant’s environment and aesthetic when developing its menus and website, creating work that more closely reflected the customer experience while giving each project its own combination of design, messaging, marketing, and practical production support.
INKO’s long-standing relationship with Eisman & Russo has also connected us via highways and roadways to communities all across Florida. For more than 12 years, we have supported their internal marketing team with logo development, advertising, brochures, presentation materials, and graphics to expand their FDOT projects, business development, and recruitment efforts throughout the state.
From INKO Creative’s Jacksonville studio, we are also well positioned to work with businesses throughout nearby communities such as Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Nocatee, Fleming Island, Green Cove Springs, and the surrounding Northeast Florida region. Florida is an important part of INKO’s creative footprint, but it is not the boundary of our work. We also partner with businesses across the United States, using the same strategic, collaborative approach whether a client is five miles away, several states, or even across the country.
